  • Fly me to the moon!

    Today all of year 5 and 6 took a visit to the moon. We have been studying all things space this term but never imagined we would be able to get up this close to the moon! Thank you to all of the staff at Grimsby Minster for our personal workshop. It was amazing and we learned lots of new things.

  • It’s panto time!

    We all had the most wonderful time today as we got the opportunity to watch the pantomime, Cinderella! It was fabulous to have the full production this year and made us all very excited.

  • Oak Unit’s first ever school trip

    Today Oak unit went on their first ever school trip. They went to Parkway Cinema to watch Peter Rabbit 2. Thanks to the kindness of Parkway this experience was totally free!  What a great way to spend the morning

  • Remembrance Day Parade

    We were very proud to be a part of the Barton upon Humber parade again this year after no parade last year. Our children were very respectful throughout and we were especially proud of Dan and Jessie who laid our wreath amongst veterans , serving personnel and other local dignitaries.

    Our school is proud to be part of such a wonderful community. 

  • Remembrance Day 2021

    BSP have paid their respects to the fallen in many ways this year. The whole school took part in a special act of worship with Father Ivan and we made a cross of 100 poppies. Year 3 and 4 visited the Cenotaph and read a lovely book, Flo of the Somme and Year 5 and 6 went on a walk around the town to look at all of the memorials we have here
