At Barton St Peter's our children always come first! We strive to provide the very best education we can for each of our children in a lively, happy and caring environment supported by Christian values and practice.

"In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16 reflects perfectly the hopes and aspirations we have for our children.

Just as Peter was the rock to Jesus, we aim to be the rock upon which our children, parents, carers and staff can build a firm foundation for life. At Barton St Peter's we help all members of our family to find their own skills and talents be successful in the classroom, in the wider world,  on the stage or on the sport field. We believe that everyone is a bright and shining light and we aim to give members of our family the confidence to let that light shine in whatever direction and however far they choose.

We are a fully inclusive school where respect and tolerance are taught and fostered throughout, enabling our children to value the rich and diverse world they live in today.
